Essentials of an Effective Inbound Strategy

Hello Everybody,

For the first week we have learned what "inbound" marketing is. We are all familiar with traditional marketing, which can be described as businesses throwing their ads in people's faces. Good examples of this would be things such as pop-up ads and trailers which people are forced to watch for a certain amount of time before being able to access the site or video clicked on.  Inbound marketing focuses on providing quality content in order to entice customers. This is usually more effective and preferred, for both customers and businesses.

Inbound methodology is to attract, convert, close and delight. They aim to take strangers and make them into visitors, into leads, into customers, and finally into promoters. The fundamentals of inbound success is broken down into 4 different parts. 1st being: Use Buyer Personas. To do this you need to do research, identify trends and create persona profile stories.  The 2nd section of this is to Use the Buyer's Journey.  This require awareness, consideration and decision.  The 3rd part is to Create Remarkable Content followed by the 4th section Leverage your Content.

Here all the key takeaways of the first class according to Hubspot.

Well this is where I leave you, hope everyone out there is having a nice long weekend!
